VO Manager

VO Manager is a PHP-based web application designed to streamline script workflows in community radio stations. Developed specifically for stations that lack the budget for costly commercial production software, it offers a powerful, accessible alternative tailored to community broadcasting.

At its core, the platform features an intuitive script editor and viewer primarily optimized for Community Service Announcements (CSAs). However, with customizable categories, the system is flexible enough to adapt to virtually any station use case.

Custom Branding: The web application can be easily personalized with your station’s own logo.

Flexible User Permissions: Administrators can grant full access or restrict users to script creation and/or viewing roles.

Cross-Device Accessibility: Scripts can be viewed on-air via desktop, tablet, or mobile devices.
For presenters who prefer hard copies, scripts can also be printed in a standard A4 format.

Smart Sorting: Users can filter and sort scripts online by various parameters, with preferences conveniently saved to the active session.
